Minimum Orders
We are happy to assist customers with smaller orders, however we do have set minimums for specific types of work.
Digital Printing – $50
Cut Vinyl Stickers – $35
CNC Routing – $75
Layout/Design Charges
Our skilled design professionals are able to assist you with designing your sign or graphic. Laying out text and simple graphics is typically done at no charge. Moderate to complex design, including up-scaling low resolution art, recreating logos or modifying supplied art, is performed at $75/hr. Your customer service representative will review the details of your order and inform you of any anticipated layout/design fees.
Payment Terms
New customers are asked to provide either a 50% down payment or supply a company issued purchase order before any work can begin. Customers wishing to establish an account must complete a credit application. Customers without an established account must provide full payment upon completion of the order. Payment terms are NET 30 unless otherwise specified.
Returns/Cancellations
Stock items may be returned up to 30 days from date of invoice, if the item is in a re-sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all stock items, unless the fee is waived by a customer service representative. Specially ordered or custom products are non-returnable.
Customers may cancel an order but must pay for any work performed and/or materials ordered to date, as well as any applicable restocking fees.
